Hey sports fans, basketball season is in full swing and already filled with several memorable jump shots and jaw dropping slam dunk highlights. The UWG men’s basketball team is off to a great start to the season, and currently sitting 6 and 1 on the year. The Wolves started off the season with three grueling contest in Puerto Rico. Coming back to the States fueled with momentum, the Wolves are on a roll as they eye their first conference game on the road against Shorter.
The UWG women’s basketball team does not share the same success as the men’s team, but WolfNation believes the best is yet to come. The record does not show the Lady Wolves true talent, as they have fought valiantly in all of their loses, with 3 out of the 4 losses being decided by five points or less. The Lady Wolves are off for a little while as the practice and prepare for their first conference match up, also on the road against Shorter.
