Wolves Go Cold in January

After starting the season 10-1 The Wolves have now lost 4 straight, all of which being conference match ups. With a fast start the Wolves seemed like contenders for a GSC conference title, but with 4 of their 5 losses coming in conference the chances are slipping out of reach. Luckily, the season is still young and with a little luck and some key wins, they still have an outside chance. The first test for the Wolves getting back on track comes Thursday January 16th against arch rival Valdosta St. The Wolves pulled out a win last year at the Coliseum in front of a record crowd. This match up could surpass that record. If the Wolves can pull out a W, then this would give them momentum heading into  the heart of the schedule. Not to mention, a win against a rival can always revive a team in a slump.
