Coming off their first Gulf South Conference victory, the red hot West Georgia Wolves enter their homecoming weekend with a 3-1 record.  West Georgia hosts Point University for an afternoon game set to kick off on Saturday at 2pm.

A homecoming weekend in Carrollton is like no other, as the weekend is filled with numerous events and activities for alums, spectators, and the community alike to enjoy.  Attracting numerous visitors every year, West Georgia along with the city of Carrollton throw a Homecoming Parade the morning before the game.  It is a breathtaking experience as the charming streets of Carrollton are lined with fine-crafted floats.  Aside from the parade, spectators would also enjoy swinging by a few of the numerous tents that tailgate before every home game.  To top it off, all events in the best homecoming, game-day experience also feature prize giveaways.

The UWG Wolves (3-1) are set to face the Point University Skyhawks (2-2) Saturday at University Stadium.  The Wolves have been clicking on all cylinders and their potent rushing attack is as best as it has been in years.  Should be an exciting matchup, and above that, an exciting homecoming weekend experience for all who attend.
