The Southern Miss football team used a balanced offense and tough defense to defeat North Texas on the road, 30-20, Saturday evening.

The 2014 Conference USA Football Media Day will take place tomorrow in Irving, Texas. Each university in the conference will be represented by its respective head coach and two-student athletes to discuss the upcoming season.
