Taylor (Carver High School, Atlanta, Ga.) received the Southern Intercollegiate
Athletic Conference (SIAC) Football Newcomer of the Week honors for week 5 after
an impressive offensive performance in CAU’s 21-17 win over Morehouse last
Saturday.
Taylor recorded a season-high 154 yards on the ground and
punched in two of the three rushing touchdowns including one for 31-yards and
the game winning score. He leads the Panthers with four rushing touchdowns and
341 total yards on the season while averaging 85.2 yards per game.
