It’s one of my favorite times of the year, and I’m excited and honored to contribute my picks to Peach State College Sports 2015 March Madness coverage. Unfortunately, my Clemson Tigers did not make the Big Dance this year, so my bracket should not have too much of a “homer” slant to it. It may be hard to see because of how the screen shot was taken, but my Final Four is Kentucky over Arizona and Iowa State over Virginia.  My championship game has Iowa State  upsetting the Wildcats in Indianapolis. UK is hands down the most talented team, but I have a good feeling about the Cyclones and the season they have had this year. A good bracket has to account for some big upsets, and I am rolling the dice pretty big on two of my first round picks. First, I am picking the 12th seeded Wofford Terriers over the Arkansas Razorbacks. Maybe I am clouded because they are a fellow South Carolina school, but I believe in the Terriers this year. Secondly, I picked the Harvard Crimson to upset the North Carolina Tar Heels. This game just stuck out to me as one that could be the upset. Last year, my gut told me to take Mercer over Duke, but my mind said other wise. We all know what happened as Mercer made history that round against Coach K’s Devils, so this year, I am going with my gut. Those are really my only 2 big upsets, but I hope to see more Madness this March than we’ve seen in the past!
