The Kennesaw State baseball program announced that today’s game against Georgia, which was rescheduled to play at 4 p.m. yesterday, will be cancelled due to weather conditions and travel safety. The game will be moved to April 15 at Stillwell Stadium. First pitch will be scheduled for 5 p.m.
The Owls are in the midst of its first mid-week action of 2015, and will travel to Mercer tomorrow (Feb. 17) to take on the Bears in non-conference action. The Black and Gold won two out of three games on opening weekend, out-hitting their opponents in each of the three games. KSU outscored their opponents by a 23-20 margin over the first game, including a 11-9 victory over the-No. 25 ranked Liberty in the first-ever top-25 meeting at Stillwell Stadium.
