Another Division I exhibition for the Bobcats took place yesterday as they traveled to take on the Central Florida Knights.
Size was an issue for the Bobcats as they were smaller at every position. The Knights took advantage of this and outrebounded the Bobcats 52-38.
Although the Bobcats had less turnovers, 12 to the Knights 15, they simply gave up too many second chance points due to the lack of rebounding. This was a good test for the Bobcats in their final exhibition, and some bright areas, but they fall 82-65. Leading scorers for GC were Larrentis Thomas (18) and Ryan Blumenthal (16).
Georgia College will be back in action a tournament hosted by Lander University, starting Friday, Nov. 14 at 5:30 p.m. against Queens University.
